Opening Hours

Starting from 27 May 2024 to 28 July 2024 (Summer Semester Period), 

LC’s opening hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays

Closed

Typhoon & Black Rainstorm Arrangements

Adverse Weather Arrangements

  • If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / “Extreme Condition” announcement* is issued before the LC opens, the LC will remain closed.
  • If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted when the LC is open, the LC will remain open.
  • If Pre-No.8 Special Announcement is issued when the LC is open, the LC will be closed within two hours after the announcement.
  • If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered within the opening hours of the LC, the following arrangement will be effective:

* When a typhoon causes severe problems such as public transport breakdown, widespread flooding, major landslides or massive power outage, the Government will announce that “Extreme Conditions” are in effect.
