Sr Ir Dr CHAN Yuk Kit, James, MH, JP

Dr CHAN graduated from the University of London in United Kingdom in 1982.  In 1984, he was awarded a scholarship from the British Council for postgraduate study at the Imperial College, London.  After that, he joined consultancy firms and was engaged in a variety of building projects.

 

Dr CHAN has been appointed Managing Director of Charterwealth Professional Limited in 1996, and has since been in-charged a variety of building, civil, structural, geotechnical and facility management projects in Hong Kong.  He has extensive experience in the property and construction markets.

 

Dr CHAN has been appointed ‘Justices of the Peace’, and awarded ‘Medal of Honor’ and ‘Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service’ by the Government of the HKSAR in recognition of his contribution to the building industry and community services.
