THEi Student Applied Research Presentations (SARP) 2023 was successfully held in hybrid mode. It was encouraging to see a high participation rate, with 85 abstracts, 55 research posters and 8 video presentation submissions from final year students across the three faculties.

For the first time, SARP2023 was held during THEi’s 2023 Graduation Ceremony. Physical exhibitions took place at THEi Tsing Yi campus on 20 – 24 Nov 2023 and at THEi Chai Wan campus on 27 Nov – 1 Dec 2023. The event was well received by distinguished guests, graduating SARP participants and their families, friends and teachers. Many graduates visited the exhibition to take memorable photos and enjoyed viewing the Book of Abstracts on the interactive video wall. SARP2023 was also exhibited in the 2nd CIFU Symposium, entitled "Circular Use of Resources: From Research to Industry".

In addition to the phyiscal exhibitions, the event was also hosted on the THEi website for public viewing. The event website had received over 900 visits during 20 Nov – 1 Dec 2023. Across the whole event, over 600 people from local and overseas education institutions, as well as local businesses, voted in the presentation awards competition.
