BA (Hons) in Horticulture and Landscape Management offered the third ECF-funded lesson and field trip “Tree Conservation in Country Parks Nature Conservation In Hong Kong Lesson and Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve Field Trip”

The third lesson “Tree Conservation in Country Parks Nature Conservation In Hong Kong Lesson and Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve Field Trip” under ECF Learning Tree Diversity Programme and Tree Conservation Youth Ambassador Training Workshop was successfully organized by Horticulture and Landscape Management Programme on 24 March 2018 (Saturday) with more than 20 secondary students attended and visited the Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve. 

 

During the field trip from 11:30am-1pm, Edwin Kwok and Joyee Chan introduced around 20 native plant species in Hong Kong with their fun facts. They also taught the participants in identifying different plant species with their features. Throughout this activity, THEi new campus and the programme of Horticulture and Landscape Management were also promoted.
