Ms. Nicole Wong, Ms. Doris Lo and Mr. Johnny Leung organized a hotel visit for our new year-one students of Hotel Operations Management on 5 Aug 2014. Before the kick-off of new semester in September, the tour aims to familiarize students with the T Hotel set up and the daily operations of major hotel departments.

Three sessions of hotel visit were arranged to T Hotel at Pokfulam – the future training venue for students. Students were able to explore front of the house and supporting areas including front desk, concierge, rooms and suites, lounge area and the spa. They were also introduced the training facilities in the Pokfulam Training Centre Complex, for example, the wine lab, training restaurant and kitchen, housekeeping training room, etc. At the end of the visit, students showed positive feedback and they were satisfied with the arrangements.
