Mr. Andy HO runs his own consultancy firm in pubic affairs. He acted as PR advisor for the Chief Executive in his capacity as Information Coordinator of the Chief Executive Office of the HKSAR Government from 2006 to 2012.

He was Chief Editorialist of Ming Pao and Political Editor of the South China Morning Post. He had hosted radio programs and contributed to a range of local and international publications. He edited the Who's Who in the HKSAR and wrote several books on public communication.

Mr. HO holds a Master degree in Communication and is a former member of the Women’s Commission, the Commission on Strategic Development, and the Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
