Mr NG Michael

Mr. Michael Ng graduated from the University of London obtaining a BSc (Hons) Degree in Engineering Mathematics. He was very interested in culinary arts and thus he pursued further studies in the California Culinary Academy and obtained an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. He has been working as a professional chef in restaurants and fast food chains. He was the Programme Leader of the hotel business programmes of the Caritas Bianchi College of Careers before joining the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute in 2007. He has also completed his Master of Science Degree in Food Industry Management at the University of Hong Kong.
