Sr Gary Yeung has been the Adjunct Professor since 2022 and Part-time Lecturer since 2019 in THEi, and mainly responsible for teaching subjects in connection with property management and maintenance. He also conducted part-time teaching for other universities in Hong Kong since 2000 concerning subjects of facilities management, property management, property maintenance and project management. He currently holds an Honorary Fellowship of the University College of Estate Management of UK.
