Note: 

  • All students of THEi are required to use VTC “Vaccination Record System for Students” (VRSS) to present the vaccination records or infection proof for campus entry. 
  • All programmes and activities will be cancelled in case of adverse weather conditions. Please refer to Arrangements during Adverse Weather Conditions.
  • THEi will monitor the pandemic situation closely. Should face-to-face activities or campus operations are suspended, THEi shall inform students of the latest arrangement in due course.

Student Counselling Services and Support to Students with SEN

Aims & Objectives / Outline

  • Transition to degree study lifecan be a wonderful and exciting experience, but it can also bring some challenges.
  • The student counselling service assists students in navigating a personal growth journey during their study at THEi with care and professional guidance. 
  • The information session will cover an overview of the counselling service and support services for students with special educational needs. Student counsellors will stay onsite to offer instant advice.

Student Financial Assistance Schemes

  • Local full-time students who encounter financial difficulties may apply for financial assistance schemes offered by the Student Finance Office.
  • Briefing sessions will cover an overview of available financial assistance schemes, non-tuition fee related student financial assistance under the schemes and essential notes for application.
