The Institute will resume face-to-face classes with the commencement of Semester 1 AY2021/22 on Wednesday, 1st September 2021. THEi 2021 Orientation for new students will commence on Tuesday, 24th August 2021.
Overseas students are advised to make plans to arrive into Hong Kong well ahead of semester commencement, taking into consideration the time required for serving compulsory quarantine. For those who are unable to arrive on time due to exceptional circumstances, such as visa matters, please contact your Year Tutor /Programme Leader for teaching and learning arrangements and related support.
The health and well-being of THEi students and staff remains a key priority. THEi Chai Wan and Tsing Yi campuses will maintain stringent preventive measures to guard against COVID-19. Students are required to comply with the relevant arrangements on entry to respective campus sites and while within THEi community and environments. In particular, students are reminded to be vigilant with personal hygiene, maintain precautionary measures and fill in the Health Declaration Form.
With the resumption of face-to-face classes, the provision of campus services and facilities will resume. The opening hours of related units/facilities are given as follows:
