THEi Student Applied Research Presentations 2021 | 1 August 2021

Research

The THEi Student Applied Research Presentations 2021 was successfully hosted on the THEi website this year.  The event received more than double the number of participants this year than compared to last year, with 92 abstracts, 56 research posters and 17 video presentations submitted by students from across the three faculties.   SARP2021 went live on 1 August 2021 for public viewing, and the event had around 1,800 visits on the website during the period 1 – 10 August 2021.  It was also exciting to see nearly 400 people had voted in the competition for the Best Poster Awards and Best Video Presentation Awards.

Asides from the warm support from THEi staff and students, SARP2021 also had a strong presence outside of THEi, with many visitors from the industry and other local or overseas higher education institutions casting their votes for their favourite posters and videos.
