The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) , a member institution of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) , has initially drawn up the architectural design blueprint for its new campus. Clement CHEN, VTC Chairman, led Council Members to inspect the land site for the new campus in Chai Wan today (19 September) and to review the design blueprint, which is expected to be finalised by year end and construction work to commence next year.

Located at the junction of Wing Tai Road and Shing Tai Road in Chai Wan, the site was granted by the Government last year for the new THEi campus for accommodating the learning needs of around 3,000 students.
